  • 2 cups Greek yogurt full fat if possible
  • ¼ cup cucumber chopped
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • cup olive oil or more, Greek olive oil if available
  • 1 tablespoon Dill Weed MarnaMaria recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine first three ingredients with a spoon.
  • Gradually add olive oil until the mixture is shiny and smooth, not chalky to taste.
  • Add the Dill Weed and season to taste with the salt and lemon juice.
