Ingredients
  

Salmon and Seasonings

  • 2 lbs Salmon Filet
  • 2 tablespoon Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • Garlic Salt and Pepper as desired

Bang Bang Sauce

  • ¾ cup Mayo
  • ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic grated or minced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Pat the salmon dry and remove the skin. Cut between skin and flesh with a sharp knife.
  • Cut salmon into 1-1.5 inch chunks and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise, seasonings, and garlic paste together in a small bowl, then season the salmon with garlic salt and black pepper.
  • Add the mayo mixture to the salmon bites ensuring they are coated, then spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 10 minutes and then broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Whisk together the bang bang sauce ingredients while the salmon cooks, then drizzle sauce on top when finished.

Notes

Don't overcook your salmon! Use a meat thermometer for doneness. For a lighter option, substitute with Greek yogurt or light mayonnaise.
