- 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
- 1 pound boneless wild salmon fillets with skin on
- 2 tablespoons Cajun Blackening Seasoning for seasoning
Over medium high heat in a large hot skillet, heat oil.
Sprinkle the salmon filets with the Cajun Blackening Seasoning.
Add the salmon, seasoned side down (skin side up) for about 3 or 4 minutes. Turn salmon.
If the skillet is oven proof, place the skillet in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
If the skillet is not oven proof, place the salmon in a foil-lined baking dish and bake at 350 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes.
