Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream 14% sour cream recommended
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Herbs and Spices

  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped or 1 tablespoon dried
  • 2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon cracked black pepper

Optional Ingredients

  • ¼ cup buttermilk to thin (optional)

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, heavy cream, and lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients, except the buttermilk. Serve immediately!

Notes

Leftovers will keep in the fridge, in an airtight container for 5-7 days. Use full-fat sour cream for best results.
