Baked Pie Crust

  • 1 pie crust baked pie crust

Healthy Chocolate Pudding

  • 13 oz full fat coconut milk
  • 1.5 cups almond milk or milk of choice
  • 0.25 cups raw cacao powder
  • 0.25 cups corn starch sub arrowroot starch
  • 0.33 cups coconut sugar unrefined, sub honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoons pink sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium sized sauce pan.
  • Cook with a whisk over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
  • Pour into a baked pie shell.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. It is best chilled overnight to set completely.
  • Top with coconut whipped cream!
