Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Sticky rice bio
  • 280 ml Coconut milk bio
  • 80 g Sugar
  • Ripe mangoes

Preparation Steps

  • The day before: rinse the rice and soak it in warm water (minimum 3 hours).
  • Drain the rice and steam for 30 minutes covered.
  • Meanwhile, heat the coconut milk and sugar over low heat, stirring without boiling.
  • Once the sugar is dissolved, add the rice to the warm sauce. Mix and let absorb for 10 minutes. Stir gently and let rest for another 10 minutes. The rice becomes sticky.
  • Serve warm with slices of juicy mango.

Notes

This dessert is best served warm fresh for optimal texture.
