- ⅔ cup good-quality ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
To make the topping, combine ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour half of the sauce mixture over the meatloaf before baking. Halfway through the cook time, remove the meatloaf from the oven and carefully pour over the remaining sauce. Return to the oven for the remaining cook time or until your meatloaf has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
Allow the meatloaf to rest about 10-15 minutes before slicing into. Serve and enjoy!
