Base Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 bags black tea
- 1 large orange juiced and zested
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 2-3 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
- ice cubes
- Orange slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Preparation Steps
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot. Once boiling, remove from heat and add black tea bags, rosemary sprigs, orange zest, and sliced ginger.
Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Stir in the sugar and set aside to cool slightly.
After steeping, strain out the rosemary, orange zest, and ginger pieces. Stir in the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully chilled.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled Orange Rosemary Iced Tea over the ice. Garnish with orange slices and a sprig of rosemary if desired. Enjoy!
