Base Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags black tea
  • 1 large orange juiced and zested
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 2-3 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • ice cubes
  • Orange slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot. Once boiling, remove from heat and add black tea bags, rosemary sprigs, orange zest, and sliced ginger.
  • Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Stir in the sugar and set aside to cool slightly.
  • After steeping, strain out the rosemary, orange zest, and ginger pieces. Stir in the freshly squeezed orange juice.
  • Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully chilled.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled Orange Rosemary Iced Tea over the ice. Garnish with orange slices and a sprig of rosemary if desired. Enjoy!
