Parsley and Thyme Stuffing

A vegetarian stuffing recipe using store cupboard ingredients like breadcrumbs, eggs, dried parsley and thyme, and onion, perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Schwartz Thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon Schwartz Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Schwartz Season All
  • 50 g Butter melted
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 50 g Dried Cranberries
  • 225 g Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Zest of Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°c.
  • In a small frying pan, fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes in a little oil.
  • Place all of the ingredients, including the onion, in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Use the stuffing to either stuff your Turkey, roll into balls or press into an oven proof dish and bake in the oven for around 30 minutes.

Notes

This stuffing can also be used as a side dish or rolled into balls and baked.
