Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.25 cup coarsely chopped salted pistachios (2 ounces)

Instructions
 

  • Place green beans in 3-quart saucepan; add enough water to cover. Cook over medium-high heat until water comes to a full boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10-15 minutes or until green beans are crisply tender. Drain.
  • Return beans to pan; add 2 tablespoons butter with canola oil and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until melted. Sprinkle with pistachios; top with remaining butter with canola oil.

Notes

Substitute 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen green beans. Cook according to package directions.
