Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour https://amzn.to/3OG7Izv
  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder https://amzn.to/3IBGwOy
  • 0.25 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup non-dairy milk more as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 0.67 cup chocolate chips https://amzn.to/3Wwe06y

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the almond flour and protein powder.
  • Add the peanut butter to the microwave and heat for about 20 seconds, just to melt it slightly so it's easier to work with.
  • Add the peanut butter to the flour along with the maple syrup, milk and vanilla.
  • Mix together with a rubber spatula until combined, adding 1-2 more tablespoons of milk as needed.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Leave as is or roll into balls. Store in the fridge for best results.

Notes

I used vanilla pea protein, but you can also use whey protein or whatever you prefer. I do recommend sticking with vanilla, and using one with stevia. You can use any nut or seed butter of choice here, but I love the flavor of peanut butter.
