This protein cookie dough is a quick vegan and gluten-free treat with 10 grams of protein per serving.
I used vanilla pea protein, but you can also use whey protein or whatever you prefer. I do recommend sticking with vanilla, and using one with stevia. You can use any nut or seed butter of choice here, but I love the flavor of peanut butter.
